With no memberships, contracts or pushy sales staff, our initial consultation is an extended session offering a free fitness assessment and a personal training session to give you a complete understanding of how we would work with you to achieve your goals.

Stroller Brigade – Mums & Bubs

Wonderful group training programs for you and your baby/babies. Build up your health and fitness, particularly after childbirth. This one hour program contains strength and stamina building, cardio exercise, as well as a whole lot of fun for you and your bub.

Please bring along a towel and water bottle.

Massage Therapy

Our qualified masseuses specialise in sports and relaxtion massage. Perfect if you need to soothe aching muscles or even just spoil yourself now and again. By appointment only.

Corporate Fitness Training - Melbourne

Corporate training sessions are tailored to your organisation’s specific needs. Objectives can range from motivation and team-building, through to incentivising and rewarding staff. We will work with you to devise a corporate programme that will effect a positive and lasting change for your staff…and most importantly, ensure that they have fun!
